Since becoming a realtor with RE/MAX House of Real Estate, I have leveraged my past history of success
in sales and negotiations to the real estate industry.   I complete successful transactions by providing 
responsive service and focusing on your objectives.   My clients range from first time home buyers to
mover uppers and to downsizers.  I am equally at ease working with sellers and buyers.

Territorial Focus:  Greater Calgary area which includes Cochrane, Airdrie and Okotoks.

Successful Track Record:   Last year, my listings were sold in less than four months.   I forge close
relationships with my clients and enjoy repeat business from them.   Since becoming a realtor, I have
achieved Top Producer status several times and the RE/MAX 100% Club.

Focus:   Properties from $200,000 to $2 Million.  Primarily pre-owned single family and condo homes with
some newly constructed ones.

Diverse Client Base:   Successfully worked with people selling and buying their own residences, including
clients relocating to Calgary and those leaving Calgary to move to other Canadian locations.  For the past two
years, I have represented financial institutions for foreclosure properties.   My sale transactions are executed
at an advantageous price for the client I am representing.

Extra Benefits:   As part of my service, I offer guidance to the seller in staging their home to showcase it.
For relocation opportunities, I keep all parties informed of the progress.   I have lived in Calgary over 40
years and use my knowledge to benefit current residents and newcomers to this wonderful city.

Additional Background and Certifications: My consulting background as a graduate Engineer and love
of sales is driving my success in real estate.   I have attained the following designations:   CCS® (Certified
Condominium Specialist),  ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative),  SRES® (Senior Real Estate
Specialist).   In addition, I regularly attend courses. This year alone, I have taken update classes in property
inspections, foreclosures, negotiating, residential measurements and new home builders.   Keeping current
allows me to provide the best guidance to my clients.
